In only 15 minutes you can have these easy layered Oreo Cheesecake Cups! They’re the best individual sized desserts for all those chocolate lovers out there.
I’ve always loved the cheesecake and cookie combination. It’s one of my favorites out there and this Oreo Cheesecake Cup Recipe really reminds me of that kind of combination. Similar texture and such a yummy flavor.
We always have Oreos in our kitchen cabinets since my husband is so obsessed. He adores these Oreo Cheesecake Cups and just like the rest of us, has a hard time limiting himself to just one dessert cup.
I don’t mind making them though since they’re so simple. They come together using easily available ingredients in a very short time, I have no complaints.
The kids say they remind them of the popular Dirt Cups except with no gummy worms, or a gooey dirt cake without the all the candy toppings.

WHAT CAN I SERVE WITH THESE CUPS?
I like to offer more Oreos, strawberries, churros, pretzels, or honey grahams for dipping into these dessert jars. You can serve whatever favorite treats you like and have on hand.
You really don’t have to dip anything in these, we really just enjoy digging in with a spoon and going all out!
CAN I USE OTHER PUDDING FLAVORS?
These are your dessert cups, you make them how you want. Some places have made cookies and cream cook and serve pudding that would pair nicely.
You could also swap it out for cheesecake flavored pudding or even regular vanilla for other flavors that would work nicely. The options are endless, you make your own creations.
WHAT OTHER TOPPINGS CAN I ADD?
In addition to the chocolate sauce and the Oreo’s you can try any of these fun ideas: cherries, Golden Oreos, crushed up chocolate-covered mints, strawberry sauce, caramel sauce, whipped cream, etc.
HOW TO STORE:
These Oreo Cheesecake Pudding Cups are best enjoyed right after you make them. I don’t recommend trying to store them for too long, maybe a few hours to a day max.
I don’t recommend trying to freeze this delicious dessert recipe.
TIPS AND TRICKS:
- Make sure to grab the correct type of pudding. Since we aren’t refrigerating to let them set, we want to use the Cook and Serve pudding that you make on the stove.
- The different texture Oreo crumbs really adds to this dessert. I like making the two different consistencies to enjoy with each bite.
- You can use other pudding flavors, see my suggestions above.
- Feel free to add on other toppings, I shared a few ideas in the FAQ section.
- Don’t be afraid to grab the kids to help make them. They tend to enjoy layering them into the jars and helping make the chocolate pudding.
- You can easily scale this recipe to make more servings.
- Instead of individual cups, you could layer this into a smaller casserole dish and have people scoop out a serving. The jars help contain a mess and make for a nicer, prettier presentation.
