Pizza is a really big thing around here. I think we eat pizza at least once a week, it’s just a thing around here. It used to be a Friday night kinda deal, now it’s an anytime kinda deal.

If you’ve never made Naan Pizza before, you are truly missing out. They are super easy to whip up because naan is really easy to fid at your local grocery store!
I also love that these are individual sizes and you can make more than the recipe lists if you have a larger family, but one easily fills me up!

This recipe like I just stated is super simple! We just can’t get enough, we switch it up from time to time and make it a little different but found that this is the combination we love most.
Some of my favorite recipes that we like to serve with this Naan Pizza include Potato Salad, Bacon Ranch Broccoli Salad and Caprese Pasta Salad.
You can pretty much serve this with anything that you would serve with any BBQ dish, but the ones listed above are some of our go to recipes that we use all the time
HOW TO MAKE BBQ CHICKEN NAAN PIZZA, STEP BY STEP:
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lay your naan on top.
- Spoon your BBQ sauce over each of your slices of naan.
- Spread out with back of spoon the bbq sauce overing the whole naan piece.
- Top with shredded chicken and chopped spinach.
- Then top with as much sliced red onion as you like.
- Finally top with your cheddar cheese and bake in oven for 8-10 minutes until cheese is melted.
CAN THIS BE GRILLED?
If you want to grill these you can absolutely do that! Preheat your grill to around 350-400 degrees, somewhere in between there will work.
Add your assembled pizzas on to the grill grates and close the lid and cook for about 10 minutes then gently lift the naan slices up to check for grill marks on the naan.
Once you get those grill marks and the cheese is melted, remove and serve immediately.
We frequently do these on the grill in the summertime (we live in Minnesota) and we love them. But baking is our usual method because it’s just so easy to pop them in the oven.
But you can do them either way, the choice for this is up to you!
Either way that you decide to do it these trust me they are amazing, fast and everyone seems to fall in love with them.

- We use pulled rotisserie chicken for this but you can grill bake or boil and shred chicken as well.
- You can swap out the cheddar cheese for your favorite type of cheese, Colby Monterey Jack is a great sub.

Ingredients
- 6 small naan breads store bought or homemade using your favorite recipe
- 1 cup of shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1 cup of your favorite BBQ sauce
- 1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Half of a small red onion sliced thinly
- 1 cup of spinach roughly chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place naan on lined baking sheets.
- Spread the BBQ sauce across each naan bread, evenly. Top with chicken, onion,
- spinach, and shredded cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
