Want a quick and easy lunch, dinner or late night snack? These Sheet Pan Nachos are quick to whip up and feed a crowd, the perfect munchie food!
My kids absolutely love nachos. My 10 year old is obsessed and always asks me to whip him up a batch because he likes how I make them even know they are super simple.
I don’t know why I haven’t shared this recipe with you guys before now, but I figured I would finally whip up another batch of them and share it with you because we absolutely love this easy recipe.
We usually make nachos as our meal since it is a sheet pan full of cheesy, beefy goodness that we can all just snack on and it really does fill you up rather quickly.
Honestly, my 10 year old could probably put back the whole sheet pan himself, but we really do like to share this and you don’t even need to dirty another dish, just pull the chips directly from the pan and you’re set!
WHAT INGREDIENTS DO YOU NEED?
- Ground beef
- Taco seasoning (or this homemade seasoning)
- Cheese
- Olives
- Tomatoes
- Jalapenos
- Sour cream
- Ranch
- Milk
- Cilantro
Now people really have their own way of eating nachos, while we prefer beef nachos, you can absolutely switch this up to shredded chicken, chorizo, ground turkey or whatever you heart desires.
Also the toppings are subject to you preference as well. This is how we eat them because this is how my kids love them. But you could also add black beans and corn as well.
We make our own sour cream sauce that makes it a little more easy to drizzle instead of dolloping it on top of the nachos themselves and in turn having parts that are layered with too much sour cream.
We just mix together some sour cream, ranch and milk which makes a delicious flavor that is thinned out and make it easy to just spoon over the top of this sheet pan nacho recipe.
This is the perfect game day food, holiday party food, munchie food or all around if you are craving something with a little Mexican flavor that whips up super quick, these nachos are our go-to dish.
If you really want to make it a feast here are some other dishes we love to eat with it:
Sometimes we do go all out especially when we have parties and we make a feast of things and these are just some of the things we like to serve alongside our sheet pan nachos.

How much easier can you get than that. We have been sticking to pretty low key easy meals around here these days especially since our kids have been home with us and they want to eat stuff quickly.
We don’t really have all the time in the world to make a lavish meal before fighting ensues because we have some hangry kids, I’m sure that a few of you will know exactly where I’m coming from on that front.
So if you want an easy and tasty quick meal these Sheet Pan Nachos are one that do not disappoint!
