CAN I MAKE THIS VEGAN?
Certainly, the only element in this drink that isn’t vegan already are the egg whites. Instead of egg whites, you can use aquafaba.
If you don’t know what that is, it’s the water or liquid surrounding the chickpeas in a container or can of chickpeas or garbanzo beans.
CAN I USE DIFFERENT CITRUS?
Lemon is the classic citrus used in this cocktail. But you can swap it out for a mix of orange and lemon if desired.
