As much as I don’t like the cold weather, I love the food that comes with it. Comfort and warming dishes are a staple this time of year and when it comes to this One Pot Chili Mac, it has been one of our go-to meals for years.
My husband, myself and all 4 of our kids are in love with chili and also in love with macaroni and cheese. Now when we can combined the two together and make one dish we get the best of both worlds.
This Chili Mac is made in one pan which makes it even better because I mean who loves doing dishes anyways? The less that I have to do at the end of the night the better mood this gal is in, let me tell you!
First let me tell you a little bit about my absolute favorite pans! We love the new Farberware Glide Collection, a copper-colored ceramic cookware collection that has 90% better food release vs. major ceramic competitors.
I have literally never been so happy with a set of pans in my life. They are easy to clean, are oven safe up to 350 degrees and come with a lifetime warranty and thats just the beginning of what is amazing about this collection.
For this Chili Mac recipe we used their Glide 4qt Saute pan which was the perfect size to fit all the ingredients in this recipe with room to spare so you don’t have to be worried that the pan would be too small.
WHAT INGREDIENTS DO YOU NEED?

- Onion
- Chicken broth
- Minced garlic
- Kidney beans

We like a little sweet heat to our chili and always always always add some brown sugar because it really gives it just that much extra flavor with each and every bite, trust me you’ll want to try it.
This chili Mac and cheese recipe is made in under 30 minutes which is perfect for those cooler nights when you just want to get something in your belly fast so you can cozy up and relax.
This is one of those recipes that we make almost monthly because the kids keep asking for it over and over and over, and that is not something that I will complain about one bit.

When I printed the recipe it was missing the amount of pasta which I found on the website recipe and also the cheese… I am not finding the amount of cheese suggested for this recipe. Could you please share?
Love one pot recipes… great for a quick winter supper!

Shoot I though I had updated that! I’ll get it in there now, but its 10 oz pasta and 2 cups cheese.

In the recipe it doesn’t give an amount for cheese… any thoughts please?
