Chili Mac

As much as I don’t like the cold weather, I love the food that comes with it. Comfort and warming dishes are a staple this time of year and when it comes to this One Pot Chili Mac, it has been one of our go-to meals for years.

My husband, myself and all 4 of our kids are in love with chili and also in love with macaroni and cheese. Now when we can combined the two together and make one dish we get the best of both worlds.

This Chili Mac is made in one pan which makes it even better because I mean who loves doing dishes anyways? The less that I have to do at the end of the night the better mood this gal is in, let me tell you!

First let me tell you a little bit about my absolute favorite pans! We love the new Farberware Glide Collectiona copper-colored ceramic cookware collection that has 90% better food release vs. major ceramic competitors.

Chili Mac recipe

I have literally never been so happy with a set of pans in my life. They are easy to clean, are oven safe up to 350 degrees and come with a lifetime warranty and thats just the beginning of what is amazing about this collection.

For this Chili Mac recipe we used their Glide 4qt Saute pan which was the perfect size to fit all the ingredients in this recipe with room to spare so you don’t have to be worried that the pan would be too small.

WHAT INGREDIENTS DO YOU NEED?

  • Ground beef
  • Onion
  • Chicken broth
  • Minced garlic
  • Kidney beans
  • Diced tomatoes
  • Chili powder
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Paprika
  • Garlic powder
  • Brown sugar
  • Cheddar cheese
  • Salt & pepper
  • Pasta

We like a little sweet heat to our chili and always always always add some brown sugar because it really gives it just that much extra flavor with each and every bite, trust me you’ll want to try it.

Chili Mac and Cheese

This chili Mac and cheese recipe is made in under 30 minutes which is perfect for those cooler nights when you just want to get something in your belly fast so you can cozy up and relax.

This is one of those recipes that we make almost monthly because the kids keep asking for it over and over and over, and that is not something that I will complain about one bit.

HOW DO YOU MAKE CHILI MAC?

  • In a 4qt saute pan add your ground beef and onions and cook until beef is no longer pink and onions are tender.
  • Add in your garlic and cook for one minute longer.
  • Add in your chicken broth, beans, tomatoes, chili powder, cayenne, paprika, garlic powder and brown sugar and stir, then bring to a boil.
  • Once boiling add in your uncooked pasta and simmer for about 15 minutes until pasta is tender.
  • Once tender add in your cheese and salt & pepper and stir until melted.
  • Garnish with parsley if desired.

This is such a easy meal that it is hard to not keep on your dinner rotation and with these Farberware Glide pan collection, it makes this meal just that much simpler.

Good news friends! I’m GIVING AWAY a set of your own 12-piece set of Farberware® Glide™ in the copper/copper color along with their 4QT Sauté Pan! This was my favorite color of them all! It is such a warm and inviting color that I had to have it.

  5. When I printed the recipe it was missing the amount of pasta which I found on the website recipe and also the cheese… I am not finding the amount of cheese suggested for this recipe. Could you please share?
