CAN I USE ROTISSERIE CHICKEN?
Yes, you can use rotisserie chicken. Usually we use chicken breasts that are cooked and shredded.
But if you want to do quicker use the rotisserie it does include dark meat, but make sure that you have enough of it to make 3 cups and shred it well.
HOW CAN I MAKE THIS SPICIER?
The buffalo sauce has a good kick to it but you can use any type of it that you like as there are a variety out there.
Usually we use mild, but you can use extra spicy if you want to get that real kick that you are looking for.
CAN I ADD BLUE CHEESE?
One thing that we sometimes do is add blue cheese to the chicken mixture so it melts into it and creates that more “authentic” taste.
You can also choose to dip the sliders in blue cheese dressing as well, we use ranch but you can use either or.
THAT IS A LOT OF BUTTER, DO I NEED TO USE IT ALL?
Yes! Trust me, you will want to use all of the butter. It adds so much flavor to the sliders that we use it all.
It will drip down the sides and onto the bottom, but the bread will soak it up and it crisps up and makes everything just taste so well.

These can be store in the refrigerator in an airtight container or bag where they will keep for up to 3 days.
