So Mother Nature seriously needs to make up her mind. It has been in the 40’s and 50′ here lately and now today it is going to be upwards of 80’s. Ugh, I hate being teased. I hope everyone had a happy and safe Labor Day weekend. It’s that time of year again, I sent my babies back to school today. Since I’m sharing a lovely Lemon recipe today I can still pretend that it’s still summer right? Read more

I don’t know what it is, but at like 1am I wake up absolutely famished and feel like I need to go in the kitchen and find something quick that I can pop in my mouth to satisfy my hunger. Am I alone in this or are there others like me out there? Please tell me I’m not alone in this struggle, lol! These bars have been filling that late night need lately! Thank god!
Good morning everyone. It is seriously unseasonably cold here in Minnesota the last few days. This past weekend we had our 90 degree hot and humid normal which I admittedly love. Now its only the high of like 63, what gives? This is too cold for my liking. I’m speaking more from always being absolutely freezing and not circulating the way it is. I suppose it is something that I will just have to adjust. Boo. Read more
