Looking to quench that summer thirst? Then you need to look no further than these simple and super easy Peach Wine Slushies. Refreshing, tasty and minimal ingredients!
When it comes to summertime I love a delicious and easy drink to cool down with. I’m not one of those people that want to spend so much time on a drink.
So our beverages that we have pretty much only take minutes to whip up and use minimal ingredients and are super easy but also super flavorful.
I’m all about the flavor and I absolutely love peaches! Peaches are one of those fruits that are super fun with baking with but they are also super fun to make drinks with.
If you grew up being a slushie lover then you will love this adult version of my favorite Peach Wine Slushies! They are naturally sweet with a delicious wine peaking through in each sip.
This recipe is just one of those ones that we like to whip up every year, especially when I have my girlfriends over since my husband isn’t a huge wine drinker.
So we love making large batches of this, sitting out on the deck and having a girls night. I think we can all enjoy a girls or boys night here and there.
Well these Peach Wine Slushies are absolutely perfect for that, especially when it is hot outside and you really want something that will cool you down but taste amazing.
Some of our other favorite frozen drinks we have on our site include Mango Margaritas, Pineapple Margaritas and Strawberry Margaritas – apparently we like margaritas!

INGREDIENTS NEEDED (FULL RECIPE AT BOTTOM):
White Wine
Frozen peach slices
Fresh Peach, for garnish
Mint Sprigs, for garnish
Literally how can you get any easier than with 2 ingredients? Come on! That is why I love these because we always try to keep frozen fruit on hand and we usually have a bottle of white wine sitting around as well.
HOW TO MAKE PEACH WINE SLUSHIES, STEP BY STEP:
- If you are using fresh peaches, skin them and remove the stone. Slice and put into a freezer safe bag. Freeze for about 4 hours (or more).Youโll need about 4 cups for 16oz. Otherwise, store bought frozen peach slices is fine.
- Add the frozen peach slices and the white wine to a blender.
- Blend until a good slushie consistency remains. Work quickly as you donโt want the peaches to defrost too much.
- Pour into glasses and garnish with a slice of a peach and a sprig of mint.
- Drink immediately.
HOW CAN I MAKE THIS SWEETER?
While the peaches and the wine already have a sweet aspect to them, if you want to make it a little sweeter than add about 2/3 cup simple syrup.
You can make your own simple syrup by dissolving water and sugar together or you can buy some at your local grocery store or liquor store.
WHAT IS A WINE SLUSHIE?
The name itself pretty much says it all. A Wine Slushie is a frozen drink made with wine. Usually various fruits are added and are served in glasses.
There are lots of different flavors of Wine Slushies such as berry, apple, pineapple, mango, etc. You can pretty much use any fruit to make this recipe.
It can be made in single batches or large batches depending on how many people you are planning on serving.
WHAT KIND OF WINE CAN I USE?
For this particular recipe we used a Pinot Grigio. We like this as it light and crisp and does not overpower the drink and blends in very well.
If you are not a fan of Pinot Grigio you can also use Moscato, Sauvignon Blanc, Sparkling White Wine, Chardonnay and even a Pinot Nior. It is really up to you and what flavor you are going for.
HOW TO STORE PEACH WINE SLUSHIES:
If you have leftovers it is easy to store! Place in a freezer container or freezer bag and it should keep for up to 1 week. These Wine Slushies freeze well as wine has a lower alcohol content.
To serve, place container or in refrigerator until it is pourable but yet slushy and place into glasses.
TIPS AND TRICKS:
- You can switch this recipe up with any fruit and wine combination that you like.
- We use frozen fruit as we donโt like using ice as it will dilute it when thawing, you can use fresh peaches but they will need to freeze for at least 4 hours.
- These can be frozen, see my tips above.
- Use a higher powered blender as you will be blending frozen fruit and you want to have a smooth consistency.
- If you want this recipe sweeter add 2/3 cup simple syrup.
- Double this recipe easily to make large pitchers for parties or get togethers.
