Quick, easy, kid-friendly and absolutely delicious this Mini Air Fryer Pizza recipe has minimal ingredients, cooks up in minutes and is a family hit!
If you are looking for more ways to use your air fryer I have the absolute perfect recipe for you! These Mini Air Fryer Pizzas are absolutely delicious and absolutely easy.
Now those are my types of recipes. My whole family cannot get enough of these bad boys! They almost remind me of the bagel pizzas I are up on, but oh so much better.
If you have ever had an easy recipe, I bet this one tops that! Seriously, the kids even make these on their own since they pretty much took over my air fryer for all the things.
When I first got my first air fryer a few years ago I was at a loss of what to do with it, but over the years we started using it for all the things. The kids even get more creative than I do!
Some of my favorite air fryer recipes that we do have on our site (sadly I haven’t added much) include Air Fryer Pigs in a Blanket and Air Fryer Ranch Chex Mix!
WHY THIS RECIPE WORKS:
- With only 6 ingredients, these whip up in no time
- You can absolutely doctor your toppings to the way you like.
- Double or triple this recipe for the amount of people you are serving!
INGREDIENTS NEEDED (FULL RECIPE BELOW):
All-purpose flour
Grands flaky biscuits
Pizza sauce
Mozzarella cheese
Pepperoni
Pizza seasoning
HOW TO MAKE MINI AIR FRYER PIZZA, STEP BY STEP:
- Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F.
- Spray the air fryer basket with olive oil spray or brush with vegetable oil.
- Lightly flour your prep surface.
- Separate each of the biscuits into two pieces and roll out with a rolling pin.
- Add 1 teaspoon of pizza sauce to each biscuit then top with cheese, pepperoni, and pizza seasoning.
- Transfer the pizzas to the air fryer and cook at 350 degrees F for 4 minutes. Repeat until all of the pizzas have been cooked.
Look at how easy these are, plus they use refrigerated biscuits which makes it super easy to work with. Trust me, the biscuits are the best thing to make these Air Fryer Pizzas with.
I’ve tried other stuff suck as pizza dough, bread dough, etc and this has been the best results I’ve had for the mini versions of this.
Like I said before, these are perfect for kids to make, mine make them all the time, they have quickly become one of their favorite recipes.
They absolutely love pizza and when we don’t want to wait on a whole pizza to cook in the oven this Air Fryer Pizza Recipe is the next best thing, plus its done in 4 minutes, how can you beat that!
WHAT KIND OF BISCUITS SHOULD I USE?
We use Grand’s Flaky Biscuits because you are going to need to separate the biscuits into two, and the flaky versions allow this. If you want to use something similar then I would say get mini biscuits.
That way you won’t have to separate into two, and are able to roll those out to about the same size that these pizzas are.
Don’t they just look drool worthy? I love these mini ones because you can east as much as you want and not quite feel as guilty. And you can make as many as you like.
I’m not a huge homemade making pizza fan, so these come as close as I like to get! I’m not saying that I don’t make homemade pizza, it’s just not my favorite thing to do.
HOW TO STORE:
If you have leftovers of this Air Fryer Pizza (you probably won’t) then you should let them cool completely and then store in an air tight container or zip top bag.
These should keep stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, to reheat fry in your air fryer for 2 minutes at 350 degrees F.
WHAT OTHER TOPPINGS CAN I USE?
We have made these with a variety of toppings, my personal favorite is supreme, but pepperoni, sausage, veggie, cheese, the world is your oyster for these Air Fryer Pizzas!
You can use pretty much what you have on hand, it should not affect the cooking time any by adding any ingredients.
Also we use small pepperoni for this recipe, but you can also quarter whole pepperoni and use that as well if you cannot find the minis.
This Air Fryer Pizza is really a quick and easy delicious weeknight meal or lunch to feed your kids, trust me even teenagers go crazy for these.
I have 3 teen boys at home and they love them just as much or even more than my 7 year old daughter who loves all things pizza. But I don’t blame them all pizza is amazing anyways.
TIPS AND TRICKS:
- I use a Cosori air fryer which fits 4 at a time, but other air fryers might fit less.
- Don’t use nonstick spray in air fryers.
- Make sure you use flaky biscuits or you won’t be able to separate them.
- Do not skip the flour, after rolling the biscuits out they will stick to the prep surface if you don’t. Flour makes them very easy to work with.
- You can easily double this recipe to make more.
- If you want you can make your own homemade pizza sauce for this recipe.
- Switch up your toppings, we use pepperoni for these, but any toppings will work!
If you want a fun, easy and customizable recipe then you will have to make up a batch of this Mini Air Fryer Pizza, trust me, you will not be turning back!
