HOW DO YOU MAKE OVEN ROASTED POTATOES?
These Herb Roasted Potatoes are a super simple and flavorful recipe that you can pretty much make in your sleep. You’ll want to wash your potatoes and dice them. Then you add them to a large bowl and toss them with oil and seasonings.
You then place them on a sheet pan and bake them in the oven for about 45 minutes to 1 hour to get the nice crisp and tender potatoes that you love.
We used a mixture of parsley, thyme, rosemary and garlic and sea salt. Now with those spices you literally can’t go wrong. It seem’s like you’re using a TON, but trust me the amounts in the recipe are literally perfect and gives the absolute best flavored potatoes around.

Herb Roasted Potatoes
- 3 lb potatoes diced into 1" cubes
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1 Tbs dried thyme
- 1 Tbs dried rosemary
- 1 Tbs dried parsley
- 2-3 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2-1 Tbs sea salt
- !/4 cup shredded parmesan optional
- Preheat oven to 400.
- In large bowl add your potatoes and olive oil and toss to cover.
- Add in thyme, rosemary, parsley, garlic and sea salt.
- Mix together until evenly coated and spread on a large baking sheet.
- Bake for 1 hour turning halfway through.
- Place in serving dish and sprinkle with more salt and parmesan if desired.
