- Add the corn, cheese, peppers, green onions, and chopped cilantro and fold together.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to eat.
- Serve with tortilla chips, Frito chips, or even veggies.
DO I HAVE TO USE GREEK YOGURT?
You can swap plain Greek yogurt for sour cream. Greek yogurt adds protein to the dip so I prefer this.
CAN I MAKE THIS A LITTLE SPICY?
If you want this recipe to have a bit of a kick you can add 1/8 teaspoon cayenne, swap cheddar cheese for pepper jack cheese, or add a can of hot green chiles.
Or just a mixture of any of these! We sometimes make a few bowls and add some spice to one and no spice to another to cater to different peoples preference.
CAN I USE FROZEN CORN?
You can use thawed frozen corn in place of canned corn, you will want to use about 4.5 cups.
You wonโt have the corn juice if you do this so use milk in its place.
WHAT CAN I SERVE WITH THIS CORN DIP?
There are various things that you can serve or use as dippers with this corn dip, some that we suggest include:
- Tortilla Chips
- Frito Chips
- Vegetables
- Baguette

- Crackers
Really whatever you think would taste dipped into this you can use, just spread out a bunch of things and let everyone choose their favorite.

This can be stored in the refrigerator in an airtight container where it will keep for up to 4 days.
I do not suggest freezing this recipe.
