WHAT BUTTER IS BEST TO USE?
You can use either salted or unsalted butter for this recipe, it is your choice.
If you want a little hint of salt among the sweet then I would suggest obviously using salted butter.
DO I HAVE TO USE THE POWDERED SUGAR?
No you do not. This is one ingredient that we choose to use for its texture to the butter and also giving it some added sweetness.
This is up to you if you want to use it, the texture may not be the same without it but if you do not want it as sweet you can leave it out.
