WHAT IF I CAN’T FIND APPLE CIDER?
Sometimes it is hard to get your hands on apple cider, especially if it is not in season.
If you cannot find apple cider you can substitute apple juice in the Pumpkin Butter Recipe instead.
CAN I MAKE THIS SMOOTHER?
While this is really pretty smooth as is, if you really want it to be velvety smooth then you can take an immersion blender to it.
If you do not have an immersion blender you can also just put it in a regular blender or food processor and process that way.

Let it cool and then place in the jars or serve!
