- Remove the baking sheet from the oven and let the sausage links cool for a minute. Serve warm with your favorite breakfast dishes.
DO I HAVE TO DO THE GLAZE?
No, you do not have to do the glaze on these. We absolutely love the addition of the flavor it adds, but it is not necessary.
WHAT KIND OF SAUSAGE LINKS SHOULD I USE?
We use uncooked sausage links for this recipe. We use pork for this, I’m sure turkey would work as well but we have not tried it.
You can use any of your favorite flavors of pork sausage links, maple, sage, etc. As long as you like all the flavors together.
CAN I USE THICK CUT BACON?
We do not recommend using thick cut bacon for these as the cooking times will be off.
Make sure you use a regular cut bacon, and again you can use any of your favorite kinds/flavors.
WHAT CAN I SERVE WITH THESE BACON WRAPPED SAUSAGES?
The best thing is that these go with allll the things. Some of our favorite things that we serve them with include:
- Toast
- Eggs
- French Toast
- Grits
- Egg in a Hole
- Waffles
- Pancakes
- Oatmeal
There is really no wrong breakfast food that these would not be good to serve with! Just make along with your normal breakfast and enjoy.

These can be stored in the refrigerator in an airtight container where they will keep for up to 2-3 days.
They can also be frozen, place in a freezer container or bag and they will keep in the freezer for up to 3 months.
