With the combination of the flavors you really can’t go wrong, and this raspberry one packs a punch but is not to overwhelming it is mellowed out by the soda and cream.

An Italian soda is a soft drink made from carbonated water such as club soda and flavored syrup. Flavors can be fruit or made after the flavors of desserts, spices, or other beverages.
WHAT OTHER FLAVORS CAN I USE?
There are so many different flavors that you can use with this exact recipe, we just love raspberry so much this is the one we went with to show you. Some of the other flavors we have tried include:
- Strawberry
- Blue Raspberry
- Lemon
- Cherry
- Orange
- Peach
You can also mix the flavors together to get a different variation of flavors. If you can find any flavor of syrup you can use that for this Italian Soda Recipe.
HOW TO STORE:
I do not recommend storing these after making, they will lose their flavor and everything will mix together and the whipped cream will disappear.
These are best served and made when they are about to be drank.
TIPS AND TRICKS:
- Use any kind of flavored syrup that you wish!
- Carbonated water is what you will want for this, you can use flavored carbonated water mixed with the syrup to get another flavor.
- You can double this recipe as this makes 2 drinks to serve more people.
- You don’t want your whipped cream to be stiff, you just want soft peaks for this recipe.
- Combine syrups to get different flavors as well.
