This kind of drink is best enjoyed when you make it. So, I don’t suggest storing any leftovers.
TIPS AND TRICKS:
- If you don’t have or don’t want to use the peach schnapps you can just leave it out altogether.
- The amount of peach puree you will get depends on how big the peaches are. 2 medium peaches will make enough for 4 Peach Bellini servings. You will have excess Prosecco left over.
- I donโt suggest making this Peach Bellini Cocktail ahead of time, once the peaches are pureed they may turn a little brown. So, make the puree right before serving.
- The raspberries help give this drink a pink color undertone, if you want more of a pink color, try adding a few more raspberries.
- To help lower your chances of your drink foaming or overflowing, add the Prosseco in slowly.
- I also suggest using cold ingredients and cold glasses for best results.
