INGREDIENTS NEEDED (FULL RECIPE AT BOTTOM)
Heavy whipping cream
Cream cheese
Unsalted butter
Light brown sugar
Powdered sugar
Ground cinnamon
Vanilla extract
Fine sea salt
Cookies and fruit for dipping
HOW TO MAKE CINNAMON ROLL CHEESECAKE DIP, STEP BY STEP:
- Place the heavy cream into a medium-sized bowl, and with an electric hand mixer, whip until stiff peaks form. Place in the refrigerator while we make the dip.
- Add the cream cheese and butter to a medium-sized bowl and cream together until smooth.
- Add the brown sugar and powdered sugar, and mix until smooth, making sure there are no lumps from the brown sugar.
- Next, add the cinnamon, vanilla, and salt, and mix until combined.
- Add the whipped cream to the bowl and gently fold it in.
- Serve immediately with a garnish of optional brown sugar or refrigerate until serving with cookies and fruit of your choice.
WHAT OTHER SPICES CAN I ADD?
Other yummy spices you can add: pumpkin pie spice or ground nutmeg.
CAN I MAKE THIS AHEAD OF TIME?
This is a great make-ahead dessert for any day or for parties. Simply whip up this cheesecake dip, cover it and store it in the refrigerator until you’re ready to serve it.

HOW TO STORE:
Any leftover dip should be covered or stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator where it will keep for up to 5 days.
This can also be frozen, place in a freezer container and it will keep for up to 3 months.
To defrost, remove to the refrigerator overnight or until thawed and then serve.
TIPS AND TRICKS:
- Choose whatever dippers you prefer, you don’t have to use what we did, some other ideas are listed above.
- You can easily double or triple the recipe to serve a crowd.
- Changing the spices is something you can do if you want to bring other flavors to this easy dip.
- If you don’t have heavy cream, you can use 4 ounces of whipped topping (Cool Whip). If you choose this, just use ยผ cup less of the powdered sugar so it isnโt too overbearinlgy sweet.
- For creamy, smooth, non lumpy dip, be sure to use room temperature cream cheese. It mixes easier when it’s softened.
- If using a mixer to mix everything together, try to use a taller mixing bowl so it can catch some of the splatter and you can scrape the sides of the bowl to incorporate it back into the dip.
