If you want the perfect party drink, look no further. This Raspberry Sherbet Punch is 3 ingredients, quick to whip up and serves a crowd. You’ll fall in love with this easy drink!
I think summer drinks are so fun! They are one of my favorite things to make this time of year. While I love making drinks all year round, fruity drinks have to be my favorite.
We initially made this recipe for my daughters birthday many years ago, it was a family recipe that we had that she loved so we knew that it had to be whipped up.
Some other fun drinks that we love to whip up this time of year include Homemade Sweet Tea, Cherry Limeade and Rhubarb Slush.
The best part about all these recipes is that they are all super easy especially this Raspberry Sherbet Punch, I mean seriously 3 ingredients, how can you go wrong!
WHY THIS RECIPE WORKS:
- With only 3 ingredients it is super easy and fast to make.
- It makes a whole punch bowl so there is enough to go around.
- You can switch up the flavors to create a whole new drink!
HOW TO MAKE RASPBERRY SHERBET PUNCH, STEP BY STEP:
Now usually I like to do in process shots for this, but with 3 ingredients I don’t think it was warranted but I will still give you a step by step direction.
- Grab yourself a punch bowl and add your Sprite and Pink Lemonade together.
- Scoop out ice cream scoops full of sherbet and place them in the sprite mixture.
- Serve!
See what I mean, no pictures warranted for those easy directions. You can add as much Sherbet as you like, but we usually use a 2 quart container of sherbet.
Some of my other favorite summer drinks we love to enjoy include Homemade Hawaiian Punch, Orange Julius, Pineapple Strawberry Lemonade and Party Punch!
Another trick that we do do is that we actually use a muffin tin and portion out some of the ice cream and freeze it in there before serving so the ice cream doesn’t melt.
You can keep doing this process, adding more ice cream and freezing and adding to your punch along the way if you like.
This Raspberry Sherbet Punch has become one of our go-to summer drinks for any occasion. It is just so tasty. We do love adding some raspberries to each cup or the the punchbowl itself.
You can also add other fruit if you would like to switch up some flavors, or even add some rainbow sherbet if you want a completely different flavor.
Some people love the taste of this when the sherbet itself is melted, it makes it flavorful and a little creamy, so you can absolutely do that as well, let it melt and serve.
We like to have the balls of sherbet in the punch itself, but it’s more for looks than anything, so it’s really up to you on which way you’d like to go there.
This Raspberry Sherbet Punch is one of those recipes that will become a staple in your household, especially during these warmer months, at least it has here.
TIPS AND TRICKS:
- You can freeze your sherbet in muffin tins before adding it into the punch or throughout drinking punch so it doesn’t melt.
- You can let the sherbet melt to have a more flavorful and creamier drink as well.
- Add some raspberries to the punch itself or to the drink cups.
- You can add other fruits to give it a little different flavor and color if you’d like.
- You can switch up the flavor with different pops and sherbets.
- You can add rainbow sherbet to add a little orange and lime flavor to this drink if you’d like.
If you like cool summer drinks that are fruity like me then I promise you will like this, as long as you are a raspberry person, if not then….probably not.
But I’m assuming if you are viewing this post, you do love raspberry and that means that you’ve come the the right place for sure!
If you want a fun, easy and delicious summer drink this Raspberry Sherbet Punch does not disappoint, quick to whip up, serve a crowd and over all super tasty!

the saying whats old is new again.. I wish I could say the same thing about myself. I remember being in grammar school in the 1950’s with a bunch of other girls waiting to see “the birds and the bees” movie, us and the school nurse in case you had question. Then dessert. We had this punch served in teacups. We all thought we were so grown up and sophisticated. Thanks for the memories

Your cupcakes turned out so cute! Taco bars are one of my family’s favorites as well. Everyone loves them and you can feed an army. I’d be very happy with your punch and some tacos!
