DO I HAVE TO USE FRESH LEMONS?
Yes, I absolutely do not recommend using bottled lemon juice for this recipe.
Fresh lemons and the amount of lemon juice you will need will not taste good using bottled.
So please only use fresh lemons for this recipe.
CAN I USE FROZEN RASPBERRIES?
Yes, we have made this recipe many times and have swapped out fresh and frozen for one another and it doesn’t have a huge difference on taste.
For this you don’t have to defrost your raspberries either, you can use straight from frozen without a difference.
HOW LONG DOES THIS NEED TO CHILL?
When adding your water we recommend using ice cold water, the coldest you can get.
But to get it nice and cool, usually an hour of chilling should be enough.
CAN I USE OTHER FRUITS TO MAKE ANOTHER FLAVOR?
Yes, if you want to try your hand out at another fruit you can. Some ideas include:
- Strawberries
- Blueberries
- Blackberries
These are some great fruits that are easy to work with when breaking down and straining.
HOW TO STORE:
This can be stored in an covered pitcher in the refrigerator where it will keep for up to 4 days.
TIPS AND TRICKS:
- Other fruits can be used, see some ideas above.

- Using ice cold water is best.
- You can use fresh or frozen raspberries for this recipe.
