IS A MUFFULETTA SERVED HOT OR COLD?
Technically you can serve this warmed or cooled. We make our recipe served cooled as we find this to be the most traditional way.
To serve this warmed you can heat it in the oven at 350 degrees F until it is just warmed through, or longer if you want the cheeses to be melted.
CAN I MAKE THIS AHEAD OF TIME?
Yes! Since this needs to chill for at least 4 hours, you can make it ahead of time.
You can decide to make it the night before and keep it in the refrigerator for even 24 hours before slicing.
So if you want to make this for something like a party, picnic, gathering etc, you can absolutely make this the day or many hours before.

It really all depends on how many people you are serving and how big of a slice you are wanting.
