If you’ve never made yourself an English Muffin Pizza before you are missing out on one super simple dinner idea! With only 4 basic ingredients (in this recipe) you have yourself a meal in minutes.
You start by toasting your English muffins then spread them with pizza sauce. Next you sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese and top with your favorite toppings! In this case we used some store-bought sausage that was already pre-made. I have to admit, it’s one of my guilty pleasures. I will sit and eat it right out of the container because it’s so good…so yeah I bought two because I knew one would never last long enough to make these.
You then microwave them for 1 minutes until the cheese is melted. You can also toss them in the oven if you are looking for a more crispy version and aren’t strapped on time! Either way they taste amazing and I mean they are super simple so what’s not to love about that and toss in some Farm Rich product along side and you’ve got yourself a seriously delicious and EASY dinner idea!
