WHAT GOES WELL WITH GARLIC BREAD?
Isn’t this a loaded question? I think the real question should be what DOESN’T go well with garlic bread. But like I said I may be biased when it comes to this question.
In reality there are quite a few dishes that go well with garlic bread, one of the most iconic ones being spaghetti. We tend to serve garlic bread with any kind of meal, chicken dishes, soups, salads even pizza. Bread has always been and will always be a good staple side to any meal.
WHAT CAN I USE AS A FILLING FOR GARLIC BREAD?
For this garlic bread we use a mixture of butter, garlic and parsley. There is a log of other things you can add to your “filing” such as oregano, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, even some parmesan would be good.
On our normal garlic bread we usually stir in a mixture of butter, garlic, garlic powder and cheeses, but since this garlic bread already has cheese slices we omitted the cheese itself!
WHAT KIND OF BREAD CAN I USE TO MAKE GARLIC BREAD?
We like to use a French loaf. We have also used an Italian or cheese loaf to give it some flavor. If you don’t have any of those on hand even a normal slice of bread or Texas toast does wonders.
To make it with just bread you simple spread the filing over each slice and bake like normal until its melty and crispy. Sometimes in a pinch we choose to go that route because it’s just as simple and more convenient when we want our garlic bread.
What makes this Cheesy Pull Apart Garlic Bread amazing you may ask? Well it’s unique and it’s stuffed with cheese. I mean do I really need to say more along those lines? It’s pretty self explanatory when it comes to this bread and why you should make it.
If you want a quick and easy side dish to go with any meal then you must try your hand at this Cheesy Pull Apart Garlic Bread, it will be gone in minutes, the kids love it and it’s simple to make!
