I’m all about the easy recipes these days if you haven’t noticed. We have been so busy around these parts with our 4 kids and cooking and taking care of our 2 cats and new puppy that things get crazy around here.

Wanna know something else thats gets super crazy? That would be my sweet tooth! I have one of the biggest sweet tooths around and I am not going to even try to hide that.

You can tell that I probably have more desserts recipes on my site than anything else. Oh and don’t even get me started on my dessert cookbook that comes out in one short month! Which you should totally go pre-order by the way.

Skor Bar

These Homemade Skor Bars are absolutely amazing. They have the perfect mixture of salty and sweet and that combination is one of my favorite dessert combos of all time.

These bars we have been whipping up for years, always ones that we take to gatherings because everyone loves them and the ingredients are so minimal. I mean how can you go wrong with only having to use 4 ingredients!

WHAT INGREDIENTS DO YOU NEED TO MAKE SKOR BARS?

  • Ritz crackers
  • Toffee Bits
  • Sweetened condensed milk
  • Chocolate chips (semi-sweet or milk)

Seriously you guys!!! We always make recipes using ritz crackers and always have some left over just sitting there, so we have always been ones to try to use them up in creative ways and how can you get more creative than these!

If you’ve never heard of a Skor candy bar it is actually a candy bar that is butter toffee that is covered in milk chocolate. Pretty much the same as heath bars.

These Homemade Skor Chocolate Bars consist of the crust which is made up of the crackers, toffee and sweetened condensed milk and topped with chocolate chips.

HOW DO YOU MAKE SKOR BARS?

  • Spray a 8″x8″ baking dish with non-stick cooking spray, line with parchment paper and spray again, set aside.
