Unicorn Toffee

You guys, it’s Friday! I’m super happy that it is finally Friday. I have the next two weeks off from my day job which in reality isn’t really a job, I do daycare for my friends kids and they only come before and after school, but still when you know that you’re going to be having time off you just get excited regardless of what it’s from.

Unicon Toffee

So I’ve been in a baking frenzy for the last few weeks. Cakes, cookies, breads and might I add…this Unicorn Toffee. Seriously you guys, how fun is this stuff! I mean Unicorn anything these day’s is all the rage but turning it into toffee was a super fun project that I decided to do.

So I’m sure you guy’s are all aware of the Christmas Crack that is loved so much, well I decided to give it a little spring update and turn it into delicious Unicorn Toffee! How couldn’t I!

Unicorn Toffee

So the difference between the Christmas Crack and this Unicorn Toffee is the chocolate and the way it’s technically decorated. We’ve been making Christmas Crack for years and I wanted to enjoy it for more time then just the holidays so I figured Spring and Easter would be another fun way to enjoy it.

So your kids will absolutely love this stuff…hence why it’s called crack in the first place. So why did I decide to call this Unicorn Toffee instead? Well in simple, I wanted this to be a fun family recipe and the usage of the word crack I felt was a little overwhelming and I simply wanted to call it what it was and that is toffee.

So when I say that this stuff is super simple I’m not lying one bit! All you need is 4 ingredients plus decorations and that’s it! I love those recipes that only have minimal ingredients but yet taste like they took all this planning and lot’s of ingredients, ha power of illusion my friends!

So if you’re looking for a fun, easy and colorful snack for the kids, company or a get together then this Unicorn Toffee is the way to go! It will be the talk of the party and everyone will be asking for the recipe.
