Unicorn Toffee

Fun and delicious for every age, this Unicorn Toffee is a quick, simple and super colorful! It is a great treat for everyone to enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 block almond bark 24 oz
  • 48-50 saltine crackers
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • Blue Pink and Purple gel food coloring
  • Sprinkles

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400.
  • Line a rimmed cookie sheet with parchment paper or tinfoil and layer your saltine crackers over the top.
  • In saucepan combine your sugar and butter and bring to a boil, let boil for abut 3 minutes.
  • Pour and spread over your crackers.
  • Bake for about 8-10 minutes.
  • Meanwhile on stove, melt your almond bark according to package directions.
  • When melted inn 3 small containers spoon about 2 Tbs of your melted almond bark into each and stir in your food colorings.
  • Remove your crackers from oven and spread the non colored almond bark over the top of your crackers.
  • Using a spoon drizzle your colored almond bark over the top of the other chocolate then swirl colors together with a skewer creating a tye dye pattern.
  • Sprinkle your sprinkles over the top and place in refrigerator and let cool for about 20 minutes and then break into pieces.
