In a large bowl, combine melted butter, soy sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, pepper, basil, oregano, and rosemary.
Place the chicken thighs in the bowl and use a rubber spatula to move the chicken around and get the marinade evenly coated over all the thighs.
Cover the bowl with a sealable lid or plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator. Let the chicken marinate for 20-30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and place an oven-safe wire rack on top of a baking sheet.
Once done marinating remove the chicken from the refrigerator and place the chicken on the rack and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the core temperature of the chicken is 165 degrees Fahrenheit and the thighs are golden brown.
Remove from oven and plate and sprinkle with chopped parsley if desired.
