- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 pkg taco seasoning or homemade
- 1 13 oz pkg tortilla chips
- 1 small can sliced black olives
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup marble jack cheese
- 1 to mato diced
- 1 jalapeno sliced thin
- Chopped cilantro
Sour Cream Sauce:
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 3-4 Tbs milk
Preheat oven to 350.
In skillet brown your ground beef until no longer pink, drain.
Add your taco seasoning and water as instructed on package, once done set aside.
On a 10"x15" sheet pan line it with tortilla chips then top with beef mixture.
Sprinkle with olives and cheese and bake in oven for about 5-6 minutes just until cheese is melted.
Meanwhile mix together your sour cream, ranch and milk until combined.
Remove nachos from oven and drizzle with sour cream mixture.
Top with tomatoes, jalapeños and cilantro.
Serve immediately.
