Sheet Pan Nachos

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 pkg taco seasoning or homemade
  • 1 13 oz pkg tortilla chips
  • 1 small can sliced black olives
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup marble jack cheese
  • 1 to mato diced
  • 1 jalapeno sliced thin
  • Chopped cilantro

Sour Cream Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 3-4 Tbs milk

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • In skillet brown your ground beef until no longer pink, drain.
  • Add your taco seasoning and water as instructed on package, once done set aside.
  • On a 10"x15" sheet pan line it with tortilla chips then top with beef mixture.
  • Sprinkle with olives and cheese and bake in oven for about 5-6 minutes just until cheese is melted.
  • Meanwhile mix together your sour cream, ranch and milk until combined.
  • Remove nachos from oven and drizzle with sour cream mixture.
  • Top with tomatoes, jalapeños and cilantro.
  • Serve immediately.
