Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Cook pasta according to package directions.
Once cooked, put in a 9x13-inch casserole dish.
In a bowl mix your shredded pork and 1 cup BBQ sauce and place in the microwave and heat until warm.
Stir BBQ pork into the pasta.
To make sauce, in a medium saucepan heat your butter until melted and whisk in your flour.
Slowly stir in milk and simmer until it starts to thicken.
Once thickened, stir in 2 ½ cups of cheese until melted.
Stir cheese sauce, ½ cup bbq sauce, and salt and pepper to your liking into the pasta until combined.
Sprinkle top with the remaining cheese until covered.
Bake for 25 minutes or until lightly golden.
Drizzle with more BBQ sauce if desired.
