Horseradish Pickles
Sweet and tangy, these Horseradish Pickles are quick and easy, using store-bought pickles with amazing ingredients added!

- 32- ounce jar Kosher Dill pickle spears or slices drained reserving jar and lid
- ⅓ cup prepared horseradish
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup white distilled vinegar
- ¼ cup water
Drain your pickles and return pickles to jar and pour horseradish over top of pickles.
Add sugar, vinegar, and water to a small saucepan and bring to a boil.
Slowly pour sugar mixture over top of horseradish and pickles, until jar is filled.
Allow to cool enough to handle, then close with lid and place in refrigerator for at least 24 hours before enjoying.
- Use your favorite horseradish brand, you can try other flavors to change it up.
- Make sure that you are using dill pickles.
- You can use pickle slices, spears or whole baby dills.
- You will discard your pickle juice but it can be used in other recipes, see above for ideas.
- Use your favorite dill pickle brands, we named some of our favorites above.
- Do not freeze this recipe.
- If you cannot find 32-ounces of pickles, grab smaller jars and place them in a quart size canning jar.
- Easily double this recipe to have more on hand.
