Preheat the oven to 400°F. In a large skillet over medium-high heat add the ground beef, onion, and garlic. Break up the meat and brown it until there is no pink left, stirring occasionally. The onions will turn translucent and softened, 5-8 minutes. Drain off any excess fat/liquid.
Add the chopped pickles, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper, stir in to combine. Take off the heat.
Spray a 9-inch pie plate with cooking spray. Add the meat mixture to the pie plate.
Top with the shredded cheddar cheese.
In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, and bisquick until fully combined. Pour this mixture into the pie plate evenly over the ingredients.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let sit for 10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with more chopped pickles and sesame seeds if desired.
