  • 1 Tablespoon garlic minced
  • ½ cup salted butter melted
  • 1 Tablespoon Old Bay Seasoning

  • cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 large lemon sliced
  • 2 Tablespoons fresh parsley chopped (flat or curly)

  • Add potatoes and boil for 8-9 minutes, then add corn to potatoes and boil for 6 minutes more, drain.
  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Prepare a full-size baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  • Add potatoes, corn, shrimp, and sausage slices to sheet pan in a single layer.
  • Add butter, garlic, seasoning, lemon zest, and lemon juice to a small mixing bowl and whisk until combined.
  • Pour over sheet pan meal, top with lemon slices.
  • Bake for 15-16 minutes or until shrimp are cooked through (do not overcook shrimp).
  • Top with fresh parsley, if desired and serve.

Notes

  1. If you want a spicier version use some Andouille sausage.
  2. You can cut the corn smaller if you'd like.
  3. Large shrimp work the best but you can use jumbo.
  4. We use baby yellow potatoes for this, but you can also use red.
  5. If you do not like Old Bay you can use some creole or cajun seasoning instead.
  6. You can remove the tail from the shrimp if you like, we keep it on for aesthetic purposes.
  7. While this is a meal in itself, you can serve it wil so many different things, see above for some ideas.
  8. This can be frozen, see above on how to do that.
