- 10 eggs hard boiled
- 6 strips bacon cooked and crumbled
- 1 jalapeno diced
- 3/4 cups mayo
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 Tbs sugar
- Salt and pepper
Chop your hard boiled eggs and add to a bowl.
Stir in your jalapeno and bacon.
Mix in mayo, vinegar, mustard, sugar and salt and pepper.
Refrigerate until chilled.
Serve on buns, bread, or in a wrap.
