Cashew Chicken Pasta Salad
Easy, tasty and filling this Easy Cashew Chicken Pasta Salad is a fun and delicious Spring and Summer salad filled with chicken, grapes, cashews and green onions!
Servings: 12 people
- 1 lb pasta your choice
- 1 chicken breast cooked and shredded
- 4 green onions diced
- 1 cup sliced red or purple grapes
- 3/4 cup cashews
- 1 1/2 cup mayo
- 1/4 cup milk
- 4 Tbs granulated sugar
- 3 Tbs brown sugar
- 1 Tbs seasoning salt
- Salt and pepper
Cook pasta according to package directions, drain.
In a small bowl whisk together mayo, milk, sugar, seasoning salt, salt and pepper.
In a large bowl mix together pasta, chicken, grapes, green onions and cashews.
Drizzle dressing over top and toss to combine.
Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
