Ingredients

  • 1 lb pasta your choice
  • 1 chicken breast cooked and shredded
  • 4 green onions diced
  • 1 cup sliced red or purple grapes
  • 3/4 cup cashews
  • 1 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 4 Tbs granulated sugar
  • 3 Tbs brown sugar
  • 1 Tbs seasoning salt
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Cook pasta according to package directions, drain.
  • In a small bowl whisk together mayo, milk, sugar, seasoning salt, salt and pepper.
  • In a large bowl mix together pasta, chicken, grapes, green onions and cashews.
  • Drizzle dressing over top and toss to combine.
  • Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
