Ingredients

  • 7 ounces cream of coconut
  • 7 ounces coconut milk
  • 6 ounces evaporated milk
  • 7 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup to 1 cup of rum
  • teaspoon of ground nutmeg
  • ¼ teaspoon of ground cinnamon + extra for garnish
  • ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients in a blender and mix at high speed until well combined.
  • Pour in a glass bottle and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
  • Give a stir and serve cold in glasses.
  • Garnish with cinnamon if desired.

Notes

  1. Use your favorite rum for this recipe.
  2. You can make this non-alcoholic by adding more coconut milk.
  3. Double this recipe or more to serve at parties or give as gifts.
  4. This has such easy prep and is just made in the blender.
  5. The rum might sound like a lot, you can start with 1/2 cup and work up from there for you personal taste!
  6. Garnish with ground cinnamon for a tasty and pretty drink!
