- 2 mangos
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1/2 small red onion
- 1 red chili pepper medium hot
- 2 Tbs chopped fresh cilantro
- Juice from one lime
- 1 tsp honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
On a cutting board dice up your onion, mango and bell pepper.
Deseed the red pepper and cut into small rings or dice if you like.
Add the chopped fruit and vegetables to a bowl, set aside.
In small bowl mix together with the cilantro, lime juice and honey and add salt and pepper to taste if needed.
Pour over your fruit and peppers and toss to combined.
Let rest for a couple of minutes to let the flavors marry together nicely.
