- 18 oatmeal cream pies separated
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
Line a 9x9-inch square pan with parchment paper, set aside.
To the bottom of the pan add 6 oatmeal cream pies and press them together to form an even crust.
In a large mixing bowl with an electric hand mixer, whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
Add the sweetened condensed milk to the whipped cream and continue to beat until combined.
Next, add half the ice cream mixture to the pan and spread it out evenly.
Add another 6 oatmeal cream pies on top of the ice cream.
Lastly add the remaining ice cream mixture and top with the remaining oatmeal cream pies.
Freeze for 8 hours or overnight.
Remove from the freezer and take out of the pan, slice and serve!
- You can use store-bought ice cream instead of making homemade.
- Other snack cakes can be used to switch up the flavor, see above for ideas.
- These need to freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight to fully set up.

- If using store-bought ice cream make sure that it is soft but not melted so it is spreadable.
