Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Prepare a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
Pat wings dry with a paper towel, then add to a mixing bowl, top with lemon pepper seasoning, then toss to coat.
Place wings in a single layer on prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 35-36 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until cooked through.
Prepare sauce while wings are baking: Add butter to a small saucepan and heat over medium heat until melted.
Add lemon juice and zest, and heat for another minute.
Add garlic seasoning, pepper, and salt, stir, then heat for another 2 minutes.
Add wings to a mixing bowl, pour sauce over top then mix to coat.
Top with freshly ground black pepper and chopped parsley, then serve.
