Add eggs, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon to a mixing bowl and whisk until combined.
Pour egg mixture into shallow dish or bowl, set aside.
Add corn flakes to a separate shallow dish or bowl, set aside.
Dip both sides of each slice of bread into egg mixture, then into corn flakes, pressing down firmly, then set aside on a sheet pan.
Add butter to skillet, then preheat over medium heat.
Cook each side of French Toast for 3 minutes or until golden brown, remove to the sheet pan.
Dust French Toast slices with powdered sugar, then serve with warmed maple syrup.
