Bacon & Cheese Egg Bites
With minimal ingredients, these Bacon & Cheese Egg Bites are a great easy breakfast for home or to grab and go!

- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup whole milk
- 2/3 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- 6 slices of bacon cooked and diced
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Grease a 12-cup muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray.
Add eggs and milk to a mixing bowl and whisk until combined.
Add bacon and shredded cheese evenly to muffin tin cups.
Pour egg mixture evenly over bacon and cheese, filling each muffin cup just over ¾ of the way full.
Bake in preheated oven for 18-20 minutes or until eggs are set and starting to get golden brown on top.
Allow to cool slightly, gently remove from muffin tin, then serve warm.

- If you are really worried about these sticking to the pan, use a silicone muffin pan.

- These are perfect for a grab and go breakfast, they can be eaten cold and still taste great.
