No Bake Energy Bites
Easy, packed with peanut butter, oats, chocolate chips, honey and more these No Bake Energy Bites are a quick and delicious grab and go snack to fuel you up!
Servings: 20 balls
- 1 cup old fashioned oats
- 2/3 cup coconut flakes sweetened or unsweetened
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup ground flaxseed
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/2-1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla
Place all ingredients in bowl and stir to combined.
Cover and replace in refrigerator for about 30 minutes to stiffen up slightly.
Remove from refrigerator and shape into about 1"- 1 1/2" balls, serve immediately or keep stored in refrigerator until ready to snack on.
