Chicken Bacon Ranch Sliders

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 Tablespoons parsley chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons parmesan cheese
  • 2 teaspoons dry ranch seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried dill
  • 12 Hawaiian Rolls sliced
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • 1- pound sliced deli chicken
  • 4-5 slices cooked bacon cut/crumbled
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  • In a small bowl add the butter, parsley, parmesan, dry ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and dried dill. Whisk until everything is combined, set aside.
  • Place the bottom of the Hawaiian rolls on a 9x13-inch baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Using a pastry brush the ranch on both halves of the cut side of the rolls.
  • To the bottom half of the rolls add the chicken, bacon, and cheese in that order.
  • Place the tops of the Hawaiian rolls on top of the sandwiches.
  • Brush the top of the rolls with the butter mixture.
  • Place an aluminum foil over the top and place in oven.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the sliders are heated through and the cheese has melted.
  • You can remove the foil and bake an additional 5-10 minutes to crisp up the top if desired.
  • Remove from the oven, cut, and enjoy.

Notes

  1. Rotisserie chicken can be used, see above on the best way to use it.
  2. Use any of your favorite cheese for this recipe.
  3. Easily double this to serve more people or have more on hand for later.
  4. We do not recommend freezing this recipe.
  5. You can use bacon bits, but make sure you use real bacon bits.
  6. Other slider buns can be used in place of Hawaiian buns.
  7. Do not skip the topping, the butter glaze really makes these sandwiches!
  8. For the best melt, use freshly shredded cheese.
