Oreo Stuffed Chocolate Chip Cookies

With only 2 essential ingredients and 15 minutes, these Oreo Stuffed Chocolate Chip Cookies are a fun family dessert that everyone loves.

Ingredients

  • 16 ounce package refrigerated ready to bake chocolate chip cookie dough 24 cookies
  • 12 Double Stuf Oreos
  • ½ cup chocolate chips semi-sweet or milk chocolate, optional
  • Sprinkles optional

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, set aside.
  • Take one of the cookies and gently flatten, place one Oreo on top and then top Oreo with another flattened cookie. Gently pinch the edges together around the Oreo to seal.
  • Place cookies on the prepared baking sheet 3 inches apart.
  • Top with additional chocolate chips and sprinkles, if desired.
  • Bake for 9 to 11 minutes, remove from the oven and let cool on a baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

  1. Make sure you are using the 24 count cookie dough.
  2. We use Double Stuf Oreos for this recipe, you can use regular if you'd like.
  3. Top with other toppings, see some ideas above.
  4. Easily double this recipe to make more for other people.
