Dill Pickle Egg Salad Recipe

- 10 hard boiled eggs peeled and chopped
- 1/2 - 3/4 cup mayo
- 1/2 Tbs pickle juice
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 Tbs sugar
- 3 pickle spears chopped
- Salt & pepper to taste
In bowl whisk together mayo, pickle juice, mustard, sugar, salt and pepper.
Fold in your eggs and pickles until combined.
Cover and chill until ready to serve.
