One Pot Taco Gnocchi

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 1 pkg taco seasoning
  • 1 15 oz can petite diced tomatoes
  • 2 16 oz pkg gnocchi
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • Sour cream
  • Black Olives
  • Green Onions

Instructions

  • In large skillet brown your ground beef until done, drain.
  • Add in you taco seasoning and stir to combine.
  • Add in your tomatoes, beef broth and gnocchi and cover and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer until gnocchi is tender and sauce has reduced.
  • Stir in your cheese an heat until melted.
  • Serve in bowl or plate topped with your favorite taco toppings
