Ingredients

  • 4 cups flour
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 2 cups butter softened
  • 3/4 cup buttermilk
  • 6 eggs
  • 3 Tsp vanilla

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 325.
  • Spray and flour a 10" tube pan and set aside.
  • In bowl of stand mixer add your flour, sugar, butter, milk, eggs and vanilla.
  • Beat on low speed for about 2 minutes until it starts to combined then bump your speed up to medium and beat for another 2 minutes until smooth.
  • Spread into prepared pan and bake in oven for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and let cool in pan for about 5-10 minutes before removing and cooling completely on wire rack.
