- 4 cups flour
- 3 cups sugar
- 2 cups butter softened
- 3/4 cup buttermilk
- 6 eggs
- 3 Tsp vanilla
Preheat oven to 325.
Spray and flour a 10" tube pan and set aside.
In bowl of stand mixer add your flour, sugar, butter, milk, eggs and vanilla.
Beat on low speed for about 2 minutes until it starts to combined then bump your speed up to medium and beat for another 2 minutes until smooth.
Spread into prepared pan and bake in oven for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Remove from oven and let cool in pan for about 5-10 minutes before removing and cooling completely on wire rack.
