Ingredients

  • Ice
  • 2 ounces Malibu rum
  • 2 ounces cranberry juice
  • 2 ounces pineapple juice
  • Garnishes lime, pineapple wedge, maraschino cherry

Instructions

  • Fill glass with ice.
  • Pour in the Malibu rum
  • Add the cranberry juice.
  • Slowly top with the pineapple juice and garnish to your liking.

Notes

  1. You can use other coconut rum brands other than Malibu, see some suggestions above.
  2. If you want a stronger/larger drink double the amount of each ingredient.
  3. This can be made in a pitcher, see above on how to do that.
  4. Layering can be hard but look at the sugar content or use a spoon to carefully pour the juice into the glass, see above for how to serve and layering.
  5. We do not recommend storing this.
  6. You can easily double or triple this recipe to serve more people without using a pitcher.
