- 16 ounces spaghetti noodles
- 2 Tablespoons salted butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger minced or paste
- 2 Tablespoons brown sugar
- ¼ cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 Tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 Tablespoons sesame oil
- ¼ cup green onions sliced
- 1 Tablespoon white sesame seeds
Prepare the pasta al dente according to package directions, then rinse in cold water and set aside.
Add butter, garlic and ginger to a skillet or wok over medium heat for about 2 minutes.
Stir in brown sugar, teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
Heat, stirring frequently, for about 2 minutes.
Toss in noodles and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes or until noodles are heated through.
Top with green onions and sesame seeds, then serve while warm.
- Make sure that you are using teriyaki sauce and not the marinade, the marinade is thinner.
- You can use reduced sodium soy sauce if you'd like.
