Air Fryer French Fries

Homemade is my favorite and these Air Fryer French Fries are an easy and tasty recipe that comes out crispy and tender.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ pounds Russet potatoes about 3 potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees F.
  • Peel and cut up the potatoes into about ¼ inch strips and place in a large bowl.
  • Add the olive oil, garlic powder, and salt to the bowl, cover with a lid and shake well, or stir until all the potatoes are coated.
  • Add ⅓ to ½ of the potatoes to the air fryer, or however many will fit in your air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Air fry for 15 minutes, shaking or tossing the fries every 5 minutes to ensure they cook evenly. Repeat with the rest of the potatoes.
  • Add salt and enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce!

Notes

  1. Make sure you are using Russet Potatoes for this recipe.
  2. You can change up the seasonings to however you'd like.
  3. Make sure that you are preheating your air fryer before putting the french fries in.
  4. Shake every 5 minutes to make sure that all the fries get crispy.
  5. You are going to want to cook these in batches.
  6. Serve with any of your favorite dipping sauces.
  7. We do not recommend freezing these.
  8. We use roughly 3 potatoes for this recipe.
